REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date your order is delivered.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Important: For any exchange or return requests regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and exclusivity:

  • Items bought during a clearance sale or flash sale.
  • Custom-altered products.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Email our customer support team at support@droish.com with your Order ID and the reason for your request.
  2. If applicable, attach your unboxing video or product photos.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to courier availability in your pincode).

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes the quality check, your refund will be processed.
  • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a Store Credit/Gift Card or transferred via UPI after you provide your account details.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled.
