- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping charge may apply at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- Damages: Droish is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if handled improperly by the courier. If you received your order damaged, please reach out to our customer support immediately with an unboxing video to file a claim.
